1. Acceptance

By using Upskillment, creating an account or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms and the applicable course information shown at checkout.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your login credentials and activity performed through your account.

3. Course access

Course access, live sessions, recordings, resources and support are provided according to the purchased or assigned program. Stated five-year access is subject to platform operation, lawful use and these terms.

4. Instructor-led delivery

Live-class schedules, instructors, tools and curriculum may be reasonably changed to maintain quality, availability or relevance. Material changes will be communicated where practical.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued only after required attendance, assignments, assessments and manual approval. A certificate confirms program completion and is not a government degree, licence or guaranteed professional credential.

6. Acceptable use

You may not share accounts, copy or redistribute protected content, disrupt the platform, misuse assessments, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access or use the platform unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

Upskillment course content, branding, templates and platform materials remain owned by Upskillment or its licensors. Learners receive a personal, non-transferable right to use materials for learning.

8. Career outcomes

Upskillment provides education and skill development but does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary, visa, admission or business results.

9. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upskillment is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected course, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
